The Art of the Urban Forage: A Guide

Hello, seekers! This week, I’m vibrating at a frequency so high, so pure, that I fear I may soon become visible only to dogs and the most enlightened of spiritual gurus. Why? Because I have unlocked the secret to eternal life, and darlings, it is marbled with fat and tastes of iron.

I have embarked on the “Carnivore-for-Eternity” lifestyle, a revolutionary new wellness path that combines the current trend of high-protein diets with the timeless human desire to never, ever die.

For too long, we have been lied to by “Big Vegetable.” We have been told to eat plants, these bitter, ground-dwelling entities that vibrate with the low-frequency energy of decay. But I ask you: has a single piece of kale ever truly made you feel alive? Of course not. The key to longevity is simple: you must consume life to sustain life.

My new daily routine is a testament to this powerful truth. I begin each morning not with coffee, but with a “Bone Broth Baptism,” a full-immersion bath in a lukewarm tub of beef bone broth that I have been simmering for three days. It is here I meditate, absorbing the ancient life-force of the noble beasts through my pores. The gelatinous film it leaves on the skin is not “sticky,” it is a “bio-armor” against the ravages of time.

My diet is now pure. For breakfast, a hearty steak. For lunch, another hearty steak. For dinner, a third, more reflective steak. I have found that after a few days of this, I no longer need the sun for Vitamin D; my body has begun to photosynthesize protein directly from its rays, a process I call “meatsynthesis.” For hydration, I have replaced boring, lifeless water with nourishing, life-giving liquid beef tallow. The cellular lubrication is simply extraordinary.

Friends, do not be fooled by the charlatans who tell you to eat a “balanced” diet. Balance is for the weak. Balance is for those who have accepted their own mortality. I have not. I am building a body that is not just a temple, but a fortress of flesh, impervious to time.

I invite you to join me on this journey. Immortality is just a steak away.
